About me
For the past five years, I have embraced the life of a professional offshore sailor, navigating the world’s oceans and charting a course through some of the most challenging waters. My sailing journey has taken me the equivalent of one and a half times around the globe, including five crossings of the South Atlantic.
As an exploration skipper and expedition leader, I’ve ventured to some of the world’s most remote islands, such as Saint Helena and Ascension Island, and even sailed through Somalian pirate territory, always in pursuit of the next great adventure.
Beyond the helm, I am passionate about mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, and running.
My love for adventure extends into my professional interests, where I have been transitioning into the design aspect of the maritime industry. I thrive on creating unique solutions to everyday problems and am proficient in CAD programs such as AutoCAD and Rhino while enhancing my skills in Python and machine learning to integrate parametric design methodologies.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Naval Architecture through the Westlawn Insitude of Marine Technology and I am a proud member of SNAME and RINA. With my diverse background in sailing and design, I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of maritime innovation.

Balance Catamarans USA
Freelance designer work with Balance Catamarans owner Phil Berman on the interior design refresh of Balance 482 and 442. I was deeply involved with interior design and finish, producing the 3D conceptual models.

Two Ocean Marine Manufacturing
Reducing weight of the structural components while improving the construction methodology to increase production. Drafting of BOM and estimated weight studies. Design projects from concept to production, working with manufactures and suppliers. I delivered designs in 2D and 3D.
Freelance Yacht/Expedition Captain
Global [2020-2024]
I worked closely with many manufacturing factories in the commissioning stages, test sailing and delivery of their yachts. Managing multiple running tasks and providing valuable data and recommendations to owners and the manufacturers. Leading three to five people teams on the different contracts. I have sailed over 45 000 nautical miles, mainly on cruising and performance multihulls.
